    Hi,

    I cancelled my service on Sept. 27, 2013, after 10 days of service. I was activated on Sept. 17, 2013.
    I have been waiting for a refund for the VBox but while waiting for that, I was invoiced for the 1st month on Oct. 1, 2013.

    Now I am waiting on two refunds and I'm not receiving any updates from anyone. Nobody is responding to my tickets, emails and trying to get a hold of anyone in billing is very frustrating when your phone system hangs up on you.

    Please lookup Account # 399000278439 and call me back with a resolution.

    Hi Cambino very sorry about the delay and the Oct bill, please bear with me I will look into it and have this resolved by Tuesday. Would you mind PMing me about what prompted you to cancel? And did you cancel TV and internet or just internet?

      Hi George. Anastasia in the billing dept. got back to me via email. I think we're all good for now, just waiting for the funds to show up in my account.
