Disney Junior HD or TreeHouse HD

Hi there,
Any chance Disney Junior or TreeHouse will be upgraded to HD anytime soon? It's such a shame to see some of these shows in SD when it looks so good in HD on Netflix.

they are mixed.. some of the programs are in HD and some are in SD.. i guess it has to do with broadcasting from the source.
