Hi, sorry for the oversight, but because of the way new subscribers who have the benefit of our Free Premium Basic promotion are treated in our records, a different form of compensation is in effect. Those subscribers who were affected by the issues who were activated between November 1 and December 10 will have an extension for their free period of one month. All you have to do is email us with your ID number and we will do the rest. Please avoid calling the CSRs, they are not equipped to process the extensions.Sorry again for the confusion.
