Update (8:30 PM): Rogers has a confirmed service outage impacting a subset of subscribers across Ontario. They are working to restore service as quickly as possible. No ETR has been provided thus far.
Update (10:30 PM): Rogers continues to investigate this behaviour and work towards a resolution. No ETR has been provided.
Update (11:45 PM): Service has been restored.
