Thank you for your email about the compensation you are offering your members for the last two weeks of trouble we all went through with our TV service.
I personally opted for the 15% discount for 6 months on my Premium Service TV subscription. However that discount is being miscalculated on my incoming bill. My next bill shows that I will be charged an extra $5.99 while I should, of course, receive a $5.99 rebate.
Just thought I would let you know so that you can quickly remedy this issue.
