Hi
I live in the Montreal area in Quebec.
I'm currently subscribed to the FTTN 25 service, but my phone line is pretty unstable. It makes me disconnect often, so I'm thinking about switching to Cable.
I already own a cable modem. I used to be subscribed to 30/10 cable from another ISP.
I was going to place my new order online for Cable (pretending I'm a new customer, I guess) and cancel my FTTN when my Cable service is ready.
Is that the right way of doing it?
Is there anything I should be aware of before I switch? Any discounts, special instructions for a smooth transition, service termination details... anything?
Just making sure before I miss out on anything.
Thanks
