Can anybody tell me why, when I asked to cancel my service, the rep told me to wait a couple days and call back. What the hell is that about? Seriously.
Just got a call back from a very nice man, who said I can cancel my service right away and I didn't have to wait. Thank you for clearing it up. I appreciate it very much.
