Finally Cancelled

Have been experiencing really terrible internet(cable) and TV in Ottawa. Internet down even at 5am and TV freezes too often to enjoy any program. Finally called in today to cancel. After more than 2 months of such erratic service my patience ran out. Next step to get rid of the Vbox and the cable modem.

We've been pretty good for a quite a while. Ottawa region as well. We use DSL as cable has not always been consistent.
