Hello.

Your service interests me greatly, however, I have a question.

My current internet provider (Start Communications) tells me that the best service they can provide to my area is 14 Mbps, with a 150 GB cap (unlimited from 2 AM - 8 AM). They have said that is is a limitation of the cable company in my area (Cogeco).

When I enter my postal code into your system (K0K 1H0) I am provided with 25 Mbps and 45 Mbps cable options, both No Usage Limits.

Now, K0K 1H0 covers a very large area, but your system does prompt me with Brighton, which is correct.

So, my question is, can you in fact deliver 45 Mbps No Usage Limits to my location? If so, where do I sign!!

Hi Dave I just heard back and indeed we gave you the wrong information, you are in Cogeco country. We have adjusted the locator accordingly. Meanwhile we do offer the Cogeco 20/1Mbps service for $54.95 if that would suit you. Best regards and thanks for considering us.

However, do you offer the 20 at No Usage Limits? Or are you like Start, unlimited early morning hours, capped otherwise?
