    Here's the chat i had today with Sales about my scheduled install... I received an email that stated this:

    So right after Maria said sorry she just ended the chat session, didn't even let me finish asking questions It's been 5 minutes and I still haven't received the email with the correct install date...
    I've very disappointed with their sales team.

      I just received the email with the correct install date., i guess they were reading this post.

        It is brutal you are right this should never have happened. I will look into this.
