15% Discount disappeared after changing plans

Hi,

I had accepted the 15% discount off TV service for the internet issues. This was supposed to be for 6 months and was 15% off either Premium or Basic.

I originally had Premium, but have now switched to Basic.

I was told the 15% discount would be applied to my Basic plan as well - but it has now disappeared.

Can someone please take a look at this? Just let me know who to PM my account info to.
