Online bank payment

I can't setup Vmedia as a payee at Alterna. They say it should work, ask Vmedia if account number is correct. Vmedia phone support says my account is right and it should work.
Anyone got this working with Alterna or know if it's possible with Alterna?

This is amazing news.. I just tried it with TD online they show up..

I assume it is the non telecom for tv and net.

A search for "vmedia" shows the same two results as sradonic for me on PC Financial.
