Question about modem provisioning

I just wanted to know if there is a time limit after signing up for having your own modem provisioned? We signed up with VMedia in Decemeber 2014 and got the loaner Motorola cable modem. I kept putting off having my own modem provisioned (DCM 476) because I was told I could not do it over email and had to phone in.

Well it's February 2016 and I just remembered maybe I should get my DCM476 provisioned to use with VMedia so I was wondering if it's still possible to do so, and if VMedia would still take back the Motorola modem?

Please call us if you would like us to provision your own modem. Loaner modem is only meant to be used for short period of time, not for over one year. It's essentially a modem rental but without rent being charged. We will need to either provision your own modem or begin charging rental for ours. 1-855-333-8269
