Through your "My Account"

Login to your "My Account" >> Click on "Start Shipping" >> Order CarveTV (under TV secion) >> then Checkout.

How long does it take before I can also watch Crave on other devices?

You should be able to have instant access on VBox. In next 24-48 hrs it should update on watchtveverywhere and you should be able to use it on other devices.
