Since it's taking way to long to reach the appropriate Customer Care Agent, I'll ask here.
I'm no longer working from home and I need to budget. What that in mind, I'd like to move from the DSL 15 mbps plan that I'm on, and go back to DSL 6. I have an older Kasda modem/router which works fine, so I do not need to rent any devices. What's involved if I want to get this changed?
I'm hopeful there will be no fee for "activation", since I'm only lowering the speed. I was on 7 mbps before November, so I just want to move back to a speed that I was fine with. The whole point is to save where I can.
