Voice mail issue.

My phone was down a few days ago. It turned out the handset needed to be re set. Ever since when we try to check voicemail we get a recording of someone reading off a list of numbers. We are unable to retrieve messages. How do I resolve this.?

Are you pressing *98 to check your voicemail messages? We changed this slightly on our end a while back, using *9 instead should do the trick.
