I just had a call from CIK Telecom appear on my call display plus the number : 4163601936 -
Let it ring, Wasn't not in the mood for a conversation.. Let voicemail Pick up.. but they didn't leave one..
oh well.. though that was strange..

Spoofing caller IDs is pretty old news, really. It's been done for years and years.
