  • Issue with Chat?

    I went into the chat this morning to ask a quick question on my account. I went through 3 people (maybe they only have 3 working in the live chat today). I put in my question, but I didn't get a response back from any of the agents. Well actually one of them said hello. This happened back in the early days, like 2 years ago. Recently the live chat has been good. If you can't answer a question because you are helping someone fine. Then why not go to a queue system? Just saying...............

    Very sorry to hear this, if you still have a question regarding your account, please feel free to PM me. We do have an automated queue process, as well as transfer ability, so its strange that this would happen - as you've mentioned the experience is generally quite effective.
