I'm pretty happy with it. The picture quality isn't as good as what you'd get with Rogers or Bell, but at a fraction of the price, I'm ok with that. I've run into a problem the last week or so with my streams pausing quite a lot, only during prime time or later in the evening, which is a bit frustrating, but I've only just contacted support about it (my wife only told me about it last night), so no comment on whether/how they will resolve it. Otherwise? No real complaints. I miss regular PVR functionality, but I'm hoping that will be coming sooner rather than later.

Smooth as a button here. 60/10 Inet via rogers/ciktel. The only issue I ever get is the occasional screeching on some channels between commercial segments. Well and of course the PVR... the cloud pvr is nice, but coming from Fibe TV, the full PVR experience is better. If v-media had both... well that would be something.
I agree, 1.9Mbit video stream is somewhat lacking in quality, but as Wearysky said, it's tolerable. (I certainly don't use video quality as a bragging point)
