I cant talk to anyone. For any incomming calls, they can hear me, but I can't hear them. And when I dial *9, instead of getting voicemail, I get nothing. I unplugged the adapter and plugged it back in. Did not fix. What's going on?

VoIP service is up, but it does sound like you are experiencing problems with your service, which we are very sorry about. I would recommend factory resetting your hardware (press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds on the back of the phone/adapter for 30 seconds) to see if this resolves the problem.
