which is a much better modem, that unlike sagecom modems, allows for seamless bridging. ie. ability to use your own router with the modem without creating a 2nd network and use at full stream, without speed drops when using pass-through mode.
are you guys gonna offer SmartRG modems again? (my understanding is you used to, but not any longer)

I'm not sure what differs with VMedia compared to all the other IISPs. They all use SmartRG's, I think VMedia is the last one to still use Sagemcom's.
That being said, a few months back, the VMedia Technician came to my house with a Sagemcom (I'm using a SmartRG) and we tested it and the speeds still were slow.
Typical speaking, my SmartRG works fine at full 50Mbps speeds, it just seems the first/last week of every month it all goes bad. And since everything is running on the Internet now, it feels that much worse.

all ISPs are same, but we (as well as other ISPs) know for a fact that SmartRG modems are inferior to Sagemcom when it comes to Stinger/Alcatel 7330 DSLAMs. They may not sync at all or sync at lower speeds. That's why we discontinued them despite the fact that they are cheaper and allow us to make more money by selling them. Below is an example of a bell provide/equipment combination that fails most frequently.
Line Profile Name: V53952-26944_11328-2048_00011 Equipment Type: 7330_CO
