ownership of vbox problem

hey - i have noticed a bit of an issue

back a month or so ordered an app off google from my PC
it was sent to my vbox a day later
used the app approx a week or so
a week later the app disappears from my list after a hard boot
ordered it from google store again and has NOT arrived in Vbox app section

so now im curious...its a VPN app...is Vmedia blocking this app from loading? i would like to install it again
has anyone noticed this, with PIA app?

and YES i own the box outright

We don't block any applications from being sent or being available for use on the VBox. Sounds like an issue with Google Play. You can try removing and adding google account in Android settings to see if that maybe kick starts it. If you ever factory reset VBox you'll get new android device ID - may also be contributing.

well it was there and now its gone... will have to try what you suggested and see - didnt want to point any fingers but google store shows it as installed so, must be the box - will try again - thanks

We don't have a way to automatically remove user installed applications remotely - nor do we care to - we're happy for you to use the VBox for applications as you see fit.
