  • Trying to use my VBOX

    Hi, I recently came back to vmedia for internet after being out of the service area for about a year. I was hoping to hook up my old vbox to watch netflix on but it only shows a black screen after the vmedia logo/bootup. Is there anything I can try to get it to work?

      I was able to update my vbox to the version 64 and was able to login to the vbox to use it as a media box but now I am unable to add my gmail account to the vbox to use google play. It says "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your Android device may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, call Customer Care." Not sure how to fix this.

          When I click on google play it asks me to sign into my gmail account which gives me this error message...also when I go into settings and try to add an account separately

            Hi,

            This is error from Google itself and not related specifically to VBox. Quick search shows there are many others who experience this as well with Android devices. Best bet would be to reset VBox (Android Settings Menu) and see if it resolves this behavior. If not, may be a good idea to ask on an Android forum for assistance.
