Is there an issue with the Voice Mail service? I have not been able to access VM for a couple of days now.

Voicemail is currently unavailable at the moment. We intend to perform maintenance in the next day or so which will bring voicemail back online and available as expected. Apologies for the trouble and inconvenience. -
Can I just say that in this day and age this is unacceptable. So I guess I have to stay at home all day waiting for important calls? You know like at your company there are systems in place that are considered critical to the day to day operation of your business well for some of us services like this are critical and to be down for days is unbelievable and totally unacceptable!!!!Comment

We are very sorry for the trouble. We have a scheduled maintenance at around midnight for a few minutes to address this issue. We hope to have service restored tonight.Comment
