Missing Regional Channel

I am missing CBC Thunder Bay in my regional channels. Thunder Bay is my. Channel and it is listed in the regional channels I subscribe to. Kind of useless when I can't get local news. Every other channel is always Toronto which is useless for me since its a 14 hour drive.
