Foe about 20 mins none of the tv works. Indicates no internet connection. In Burlington/cogeco area

We experienced a fibre cut at a primary network facility, which has resulted in our Website and TV service being unavailable temporarily. This has now been resolved and our website and TV service are accessible as expected now. In order to restore TV service, please reboot your VBox if you are experiencing problems.
