Remember 10 years ago it was all the rage. We're running out of IPV4 addresses???
Well it turns out a ton of companies sold there IPV4 addresses to fund infrastructure upgrades to move to IPV6.
I remember seeing in the news that MIT alone sold 16 million IPV4 addresses to fund their IPV6 upgrade.
In any case --- VMEDIA being a 3rd party provider --- does not have a lot of say on the infrastructure upstream of them.

    Hi,

We're using IPv4 currently. IPv6 is very limited for 3rd party providers as the majority of underlying carriers have not made this available yet.

so, my network has both IPv4 and IPv6 access - when auto config the connection it defaults to IPv4 does Vmedia run IPv6 compatibility?
