Ctv Toronto

I live in kitchener and receive ctv kitchener on channel 8, I would also like to be able to watch Ctv Toronto news but do not get that channel and don't see an option to add the channel. All programming is the same other than the news which I like to f ollow toronto news as well as my local kitchener news. Is this possible?
