Is there a forum for VMedia Protect?

I have a number of questions regarding VMedia Protect, the home security service. Where's the best place for me to post those questions?

Late to the party, but maybe I can help out some.

I'm just a VMedia Protect user like you. I'm pretty sure it's a re-skinned version of the Alula Security App (you can actually use your VMedia credentials to log-in there or on their website). The Alula Installer app comes in handy if you need to configure a bunch of the security settings. Key tip: change the installer password when you use the Installer app: if you don't, you'll need to reset the panel every time you make changes because you won't be able to login with the default password of Default.

I wrote a big long post about extending the capabilities of the VMedia system (like getting additional components to adapt it to my existing hardwired security system) but the powers-that-be didn't seem to like that, and the post (or whole sub-forum--can't recall?!) seem to have been disappeared.

The Alula documentation is pretty good for each of the individual components.
