Service Alert: July 23, 2015 - 4:30 PM (Cogeco Service Areas)

Please be advised that we have detected a faulty optics module at an interconnect point with Cogeco, which may result in intermittent performance and connectivity errors for our customers in Cogeco service areas presently.
Cogeco engineers will be making corrections early this morning (3:00am - 5:00am) to ensure service is returned to expected levels.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
UPDATE: Maintenance completed successfully, service has been restored to expected levels.
