Tried to switch from Premium to Basic TV was offered 15% off; was not honored.

On March 31st I made a call to customer service and mentioned I wanted to switch from Premium to basic service. I was offered a deal where if I kept Premium I will be given 15% off the price for three months; starting on April 1st lasting till July1st. I checked my bill and the discount was not honored I was still billed $44.95 instead of $38.20.

If someone could assist me with this discrepancy I will appreciate it.
