Most channels I go to have a black screen with no picture and sound the counter goes up but nothing help something with your service is not working properly

Same thing. I lost DSL last night around 10 PM for over a half hour. And when it came back, some channels were available and some were not.

Hi Vesa,

Very sorry for the TV trouble last night. Cogeco Data Services performed maintenance on short notice last night, and we use them for upstream transport - which includes transit from a TV downlink facility. This was responsible for the DSL and TV issues initially. Once this was resolved, we also conducted our own maintenance and hardware replacement early this morning (12:30am-1:00am), which will improve the stability of our services moving forward.
