      Matt is offering to help... why not take him up on the offer?

      It is VERY possible it's between your VBOX and Vmedia. It could be the VBOX itself!

      Don't just rule out it's not a cable/router/modem or even the local dslam/vslam/cable issue.

      Just because something is new doesn't mean it can't have a problem.

        I'd do a speed test as well for example if your on 6mb DSL and only getting around 2-3mb you don't have enough bandwidth

          I had micro freezing last week driving me nuts. I. Must habe rebooted 100 times. Then i unplugged my router and vBox. Then plugged router in first then vbox. Haven't had one issue since.
