Scenario: I want to trade a channel in my UChoose package for a different one offered in UChoose.
Reason for this post: A little while back, I tried doing something similar online, from Manage TV, and ran into some issues, apparently due to the billing cycle. Q. What is the right way to do this, so I don't run into billing issues?
I figure I should just be able to click one channel off and select another, as long as everything takes place within the UChoose selection, but I thought I'd ask first, as there may be some caveats. (For instance, I don't know if I need to wait until a certain day of the month, etc.) All I want to do is trade a channel for another one of the same price, without causing any disturbance to the charges.
