UPDATE: We experienced complications during maintenance window which prolonged expected downtime. TV and cable internet have now been restored, DSL being worked on currently and should be available as expected shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

UPDATE (9:30 AM): Full service has now been restored. Please reboot your modem to restore connectivity if it does not return automatically. Engineers are reviewing the cause of this extended downtime and safeguards will be implemented to mitigate against this type of behavior in the future.
